Italien Chef is a simple idea: good Italian food, generous and honest, within reach of the whole neighbourhood.
We were born in Bourgogne, one of Casablanca's liveliest neighbourhoods. Our food is for the people who live and work here first: the quick lunch, the family dinner, the evening order, the big weekend table. We're not the once-a-year special-occasion restaurant. We're here every single day.
A pizza is judged on its dough. Pasta, on its sauce and how it's cooked. A grill, on freshness and fire. We put our energy where it counts: chosen ingredients, a broad menu so everyone finds their dish, and prices that stay fair. No fuss, no speeches. Just food.
We cook Italian, but we're from Casablanca. That's why every Friday, meat couscous joins our menu. It's how we stay true both to the Italy we love and to the Morocco we come from.
